Delivery Information

We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 3-4  business days of your order being placed.
We use Royal Mail or a Courier services depending on weight and size of your item.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Postage and packing costs are £ 5.00   for the U.K. £ 18.00-Europe £ 25.00-Rest of the World.
Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world. We ship worldwide.

Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. We can not inform  you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. However for Europe and Saudi Arabia the following is applicable

You’ll be contacted by the courier company if you need to pay any  duty or handling fees to receive your goods.

You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 

Customs Information For Saudi Arabia

The  value limit for Saudi Arabia of goods that can be imported duty free) is 1,000 SAR. However taxes still apply.

Renew Bodycare  Ltd cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. 

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to us. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping  and the cost for the return of the item
