Our Terms and Conditions explain how we will process your online order and should be read and understood before a purchase is made through our website.

Purchasing through the Renew Body Care website, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us.

This means that both you and we have rights and obligations. If you are unsure of your rights and obligations now or at any time during the contract please seek independent advice.

Your rights

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to: (a) The payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00); and (b) The supply of appropriate evidence of your identity [(for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address)].

We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.

You may instruct us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes by email at any time. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.

All payments are processed over a secure server and are fully encrypted, using SSL technology, all of your sensitive card information is encrypted and is not held in clear text on any site. The payment provider will use the information you provide to run security and fraud checks as necessary. Because this information is encrypted and handled by our payment providers we do not store any of this information on our website nor do we have access to your complete card details at any time.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

Non Faulty Return of Goods

On receipt of your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product for a complete refund within 14 days of the shipping date.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please if you return an item make  sure that the  package  suitably protected so that it cannot be damaged in transit.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to products   that occurs from improper packing.

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

Our products are classified as medical devices for personal use and are not eligible for return if opened due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.

Return Eligibility: Returns are eligible within 30 days of the purchase date if returned unused, in the original, undamaged, clean, and sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

Return after 14 days. In certain exceptional circumstances we will returns  after 14 days .

Refunds are processed within 14 days but mostly quicker

Return of Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty this must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item

You must contact us at customerservice@renewbodycare.co.uk before returning an item to request a return. 

You will be supplied with a return  number , to assist with the processing of the return once it has been received back. 

If the item is returned without the appropriate documentation provided by us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

Non -Delivery  Of Goods

In the event of non-arrival of goods, customers must inform the Company within 14 days of the date of the invoice ,advice of despatch or date of order otherwise no claim can be considered.

Warranty .Registration Cards and Safety Certificates

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months or more 

All our branded products are supplied with manufacturers warranty cards and product registration card

All  our electrical products have  a safety certifications
